This short series was designed to show study abroad students the range of emotional experiences they might encounter while abroad. The series was delivered one video at a time on the group’s Facebook page, which allowed course facilitators to discuss the content with the group in threaded replies before the next chapter was released. The materials were also created with consultation from an intercultural communication expert.
